Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for infra systems supporting semiconductor manufacturing; Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives; Lead digital transformation to replace manual processes; Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, digital twins); Identify and quantify cost-saving opportunities across CapEx/OpEx; Develop data-driven models for TCO and equipment lifecycles; Establish systems for cost visibility and governance; Optimize equipment lifecycle management and maintenance planning; Integrate equipment systems with enterprise platforms; Partner with Supply Chain to optimize spare-parts inventory; Lead continuous-improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma; Manage large-scale cross-functional projects.
