Coordinate daily work packages and resolve immediate constraints on the cleanroom floor; Monitor and report daily on schedule milestones, manpower levels, and material installation rates; Review contractor-submitted RFIs and Field Change Orders (FCOs); Walk the field daily to enforce construction safety standards and cleanroom protocol compliance; Oversee physical installation and routing of Ultra-Pure Water, chemical delivery, industrial wastewater, and bulk/specialty gas lines; Supervise layout, connection, and testing of general, acid, ammonia, and solvent exhaust lines; Direct and document critical field quality checks including helium leak testing and hydrostatic pressure testing; Coordinate lockout/tagout (LOTO), line flushing, and initial chemical/gas introduction sequences; Generate, track, and systematically close out mechanical punch list items
