Manage multiple projects from inception through execution including cost control; Lead strategic planning for mechanical systems in new and retrofit construction; Develop and approve construction specifications for mechanical piping and equipment; Provide technical guidance to design teams on mechanical connections; Interface with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and EHS teams for audits; Coordinate between General Contractors, Subcontractors, and Owner organizations; Track and resolve project issues and punch list items; Mitigate project risks for safety and code compliance; Perform site field observations to verify installed conditions meet standards
