Coordinate daily work packages and resolve constraints for mechanical/piping trade contractors on the cleanroom floor; Monitor and report on schedule milestones, manpower, and material installation rates; Review and validate RFIs and Field Change Orders; Enforce construction safety standards and cleanroom protocols; Oversee physical installation of UPW, chemical, wastewater, and gas lines; Supervise layout and testing of exhaust lines; Resolve routing conflicts using 3D models; Document quality checks (leak testing, hydrostatic testing, weld inspections); Coordinate LOTO and chemical/gas introduction sequences; Close out mechanical punch lists.
