Responsibilities
Coordinate daily work packages and resolve immediate constraints on the cleanroom floor; Monitor and report daily on schedule milestones, manpower levels, and material installation rates; Review contractor-submitted RFIs and Field Change Orders (FCOs); Walk the field daily to enforce strict construction safety standards and cleanroom protocol compliance; Oversee physical installation and connection of Low-Voltage power runs; Supervise wiring, termination, and point-to-point verification of EMO circuits, tool interlocks, and TGMS modules; Direct and document critical field quality checks including insulation resistance testing and grounding continuity verification; Coordinate lockout/tagout (LOTO) and initial energization sequences; Generate, track, and systematically close out electrical punchlist items.
