Who We're Looking For:
• Class B technicians with 3+ years of experience
• Class C technicians with 5+ years of experience
• Previous Honda Brand Experience
• Up-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications
• Experience using scan tools and service information systems
• Ability to perform brake, suspension, and steering repairs
• Proficient in engine maintenance and basic electrical diagnostics
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
What You'll Do:
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose cause of malfunction and complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures
• Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools
Total Rewards
The flat rate range for this position is $20.00 to $30.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
