Provide solution expertise for MCX Core Test Strategy and Test Plans; Define and execute Functional, Performance, Accessibility, and Compatibility test plans; Perform deep dive analytics and fault investigations to provide resolutions within SLAs; Perform sw upgrades and regression on VNF based Core nodes on VMware architecture; Lifecycle management of trouble tickets to successful resolution; Provide technical support for integration to Samsung MCX nodes.
