Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of AEP solutions including data ingestion, XDM modelling, and identity graph; Design and govern omnichannel customer journeys and triggered campaigns in AJO; Configure AJO Decisioning for personalized offers; Define and enforce AEP data governance standards and consent frameworks; Oversee AEP data ingestion pipelines ensuring data quality; Lead audience strategy and segmentation logic; Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business use cases into technical solutions; Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers; Manage AEP Sandboxes and environment promotions; Evaluate and implement AEP/AJO upgrades and integrations; Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations; Troubleshoot complex issues across data flows and API integrations.
