Collect and perform analytical testing on finished products, in-process products, and incoming raw materials; Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment; Enter quality test results and hold data into SAP; Communicate, retest, release, reject, and investigate off-quality situations; Block/release materials in the system; Provide support to blending department to adjust out of spec product parameters; Approve bottle color changes and verify plastic component colors; Collect, label, and store retain samples; Assist manufacturing personnel and process engineers during test runs; Maintain clean and organized quality work areas; Participate in shift handoff activities and compliance training
