Manage and grow a team of performance engineers; Collaborate with cross functional groups to resolve fleet or process issues; Identify, evaluate, and resolve process improvement opportunities; Interface with equipment manufacturers to resolve technical issues; Identify needed documentation and develop procedures for safe and efficient operation; Understand Invenergy Services' scope of services across the 3rd Party fleet; Identify technical training needs and strategize knowledge gap filling; Lead engineers in the investigation of field failures; Identify and assign pilot projects to evaluate new equipment, tools, or processes; Lead engineers in the onboarding of new solar projects; Lead engineers in supporting the end-of-warranty inspection process; Work with performance analytics team to develop new monitoring strategies and predictive analytics; Collaborate with internal Solar development and project management teams to incorporate Operations lessons learned.
