Key Responsibilities
• Installation: Install HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation systems.
• Maintenance: Perform regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Repair: Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment, including troubleshooting issues and replacing faulty components.
• Inspection: Inspect HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment components for any problems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures to clients and addressing their concerns.
• Documentation: Record maintenance and repair work performed, including the type and cost of services provided.
