Administer and maintain the Fischer IGA platform in production and non-production environments; Configure and manage identity lifecycle processes and workflows; Support provisioning, deprovisioning, approvals, role assignments, and access requests; Develop and maintain integrations between the IGA platform and enterprise systems; Monitor platform health and troubleshoot incidents; Partner with stakeholders to define access governance requirements; Assist with role modeling and least-privilege access controls; Support periodic access reviews and audit requests; Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures; Participate in testing, upgrades, patching, and release management; Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement; Provide tier 2 and tier 3 support for IAM-related issues
