Responsibilities
Develop project plans, define objectives, set timelines and milestones, and manage resources for Finance IT System project implementations and improvements. Serve as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Lead end-to-end planning, requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and operations for financial systems projects, ensuring quality and timely project delivery. Provide functional domain expertise and ensure the integrity of ERP systems (Workday Finance, SAP, Oracle etc), or other Finance IT system and process functionality, including financials, procurement, and budgeting and other related finance domains. Translate complex business needs (e.g., accounting standards, tax regulations, compliance, risk management) into system requirements and drive technical solutions. Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPPA, PDPA etc) in system design. Manage external vendors (development, testing, operations), ensuring technical excellence and resource optimization.
