Assist business during warehouse ramp-up to securitization phase, act as liaison between Portfolio Management, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Product Strategy, and Tax, provide operational guidance on deal documents, serve as project manager for software implementations, review models created by shadow compliance agents/trustees, assist Portfolio Managers in hypothetical trading analyses, track subjective portfolio/asset attributes, coordinate and oversee warehouse facilities and CLO deal closings, provide oversight of daily asset/position/cash reconciliations, review and approve trustee reports, attend CLO Management meetings
