Review and approve SCADA system designs, communication architectures, and point assignments; Configure and approve data concentrators, RTUs, HMIs, and switches; Support on-site commissioning and point-to-point testing; Interpret electrical drawings to develop SCADA graphics; Integrate SCADA systems with substation devices and meters; Review and approve FAT/SAT test plans; Coordinate metering schemes for Solar, BESS, and Wind plants; Collaborate with engineering teams on meter installation and configuration; Provide input on early substation designs regarding meter placement; Coordinate metering scheme logic with commercial and interconnection teams; Perform QA/QC data quality checks on output meter data; Create generation dashboards with accounting and performance engineering teams
