Responsibilities
Own management of the POET Quality Management System and manual updates; Coordinate quality-related system and document integration for POET, including Bioprocessing facilities; Manage and troubleshoot situations relating to quality systems, training, and documentation across the POET network; Evaluate training programs and standardize them around the POET network; Own strategic execution of tools and systems to maintain documentation and records compliance requirements (21 CFR part 11, etc.); Prioritize schedule to engage in cross-functional activities to support the business; Interface with IT on system optimization, access, and continuous improvement; Manage quality-related information requests from all parts of the POET network; Create and edit Quality policies that are robust, accessible, and current; Standardize and maintain document templates; Facilitate communication between departments within POET and POET Bioprocessing locations to maintain an effective teamwork environment; Stay acquainted with quality-facing programs, processes, and environments within POET and potential 3rd party partners; Develop and manage Quality Metrics and lead benchmarking efforts requiring Quality-based analytical data; Support Deviation/CAPA resolution as needed; Lead and coordinate bioprocessing Quality Unit onboarding and training; Develop and provide technical presentations to management relating to Quality initiatives; Maintain a team environment at all times and champion POET in the community; Foster a culture of safe behavior and environmental compliance at all times; Maintain and advance the food safety and quality of POET's products and processes to deliver a best-in-class culture of quality
