Operate and safely maintain the plant for pumping or repackaging of gases, analyze production schedules and determine associate-hour requirements, resolve operational and manufacturing problems, implement measures to improve production methods and equipment performance, ensure safety rules are championed and training is conducted, lead subordinate supervisors and provide coaching, train new associates and provide cross training, complete and submit paperwork such as shippers and cylinder audits.
