Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, repair, and maintain facility environmental controls, emergency power, electrical, HVAC, fire system, and lighting systems; perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning equipment; perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bearings, pumps, motors, shaft alignments and fans; repair and maintain food service equipment including ovens, grills, dishwashers, deep fryers, and refrigeration units; locate, check and clean building smoke detector heads; respond to public inquiries and resolve complaints; ensure safety plans are in place and safety policies are followed; operate equipment including forklifts, boom lifts, electric carts, and miscellaneous hand and power tools; maintain daily work records.
