Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, gates, fencing, doors, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and irrigation systems; Repair or replace worn surfaces including flooring, drywall, fencing, and ceiling tiles; Assist in operating and maintaining computerized fire alarm systems, field equipment, and lighting systems; Support event setup and breakdown, including seating configurations, room setups, signage placement, and power drops; Perform landscaping and lawn care duties, including operating mowers, aerators, and weed trimmers; Maintain cleanliness and functionality of shared spaces including restrooms, suites, concourses, and walkways; Conduct safety inspections and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
