Responsibilities
Lead the vision and roadmap for leveraging AI and intelligent automation to transform data reliability and observability; Architect scalable frameworks for real-time monitoring, logging, alerting, and anomaly detection; Design and build next-generation observability capabilities leveraging AI and telemetry data; Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies to detect schema drift, data drift, and operational risks; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define observability requirements and deliver reliability solutions; Define and operationalize reliability KPIs and service health indicators; Lead root cause analysis for data reliability incidents; Optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of observability platforms; Mentor engineers and drive adoption of best practices; Drive continuous improvement by modernizing platforms and enhancing developer productivity through AI.
