Responsibilities
Lead customer transition initiatives from assessment through deployment completion; Identify technical, operational, security, and business risks and establish transition plans; Act as a trusted advisor to customer architects and executive stakeholders; Review and approve design deviations and deployment readiness milestones; Collaborate with product and engineering teams to bridge technology capabilities with customer requirements; Present architecture recommendations and technical risks to stakeholders; Engage directly with customers to understand organizational needs and identify product fit; Develop detailed solution designs including architecture diagrams and risk assessments; Provide field feedback to Product Management and Engineering regarding deployment challenges and feature gaps; Define technical architecture including sizing and performance; Develop best practices for deployment designs; Work with teams to ensure successful deployment of designs; Develop post-deployment documentation such as run books and templates; Provide feedback to implement engineers on ways to improve the overall experience.
