Responsibilities
Own and mature the end-to-end IBP process aligning Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Supply Chain; Lead global demand planning across direct-customer, partner, and distribution channels; Lead the evolution of the Supply Chain operating model and governance mechanisms; Develop supply network and capacity planning strategies for contract manufacturing; Establish and govern inventory strategy to hit target turns and working capital goals; Own enterprise excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory performance; Build sensing/response capability for supply risk (shortages, allocation, geopolitical disruption); Own planning systems strategy and AI capability for demand sensing and scenario simulation; Partner with Product Management/Engineering on NPI demand ramps and EOL planning; Represent Supply Chain in quarterly business reviews and board-level reporting; Build and lead a world-class global planning organization.
