Responsibilities
Deliver post-sales solution engineering activities including solution design, acceptance, remote deployment, and network reconfiguration or migration; Interface with Systems Engineers, Service Project Managers, Technical Support, Field Service Engineers, and Customer Service Advocate teams; Analyze network designs to enable consistent deployment and in-service upgrades; Translate network designs into solution designs for new builds, reconfiguration, and network upgrade projects; Gather and analyze customer network data to develop migration strategies; Review technical deployment packages with internal and external stakeholders; Troubleshoot and resolve technical deployment package issues
