Responsibilities
Perform routine scheduled preventative maintenance on building systems and facility equipment; Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair equipment including electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, HVAC, structural, and security systems; Manage repair items and supplies inventory; Manage and direct activities of assistants assigned to in-house maintenance, janitorial, and groundskeeping work; Interact with qualified maintenance, janitorial, installation, and groundskeeping subcontractors to develop scope of work, research pricing, and monitor activities.
