Responsibilities
Prepare and update schematics, SLDs, wiring diagrams, GA/layouts, earthing/grounding layouts, and cable routing drawings; Develop panel layouts, termination diagrams, interconnection diagrams, and cable schedules; Produce BOMs, equipment layouts, load lists, and datasheets; Perform/calibrate design calculations including load estimation, voltage drop, short-circuit levels, and cable sizing; Support design reviews, HAZOP/constructability reviews, and address RFIs; Ensure designs comply with relevant standards (UL508A, IEC, NEMA, BS, etc.) and internal design guides; Collaborate within a global team of engineers; Conduct self-checks and peer reviews of drawings and documents; Capture lessons learned and improve templates, libraries, and CAD standards.
