Serve as primary advisor to executive leadership on enterprise privacy and responsible AI; Partner with business, Digital, Data & Technology, Cybersecurity, Legal, HR, R&D, and Commercial stakeholders to enable responsible innovation; Translate evolving privacy and AI expectations into practical business guidance; Lead Takeda's global privacy program and enterprise privacy governance framework; Develop and oversee the enterprise framework for responsible AI governance; Lead governance for the responsible collection, use, sharing, retention, transfer, and protection of personal information; Embed Privacy by Design into business processes and emerging technologies; Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging regulatory and societal developments; Represent Takeda externally with regulators and industry groups; Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team; Foster an inclusive culture grounded in curiosity and innovation
