Responsibilities
Lead and manage an integrated department focused on functional design and support of HR/Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and contingent workforce processes. Direct and supervise staff to ensure excellent service to business customers. Execute and maintain the ERP and source-to-pay business process strategy and roadmap. Lead efforts to standardize and optimize end-to-end business processes across the enterprise. Oversee functional governance for SAP, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, and Workday, including change management and process documentation. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integrations and data flows support coherent business processes. Provide functional leadership for projects including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvement efforts. Manage the department budget and oversee contractor support. Ensure proper business process controls, standards, and procedures are documented and enforced. Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects across domains to align with corporate priorities.
