Collaborate with factories to assist in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of installed electrical systems; Perform timely installation, commissioning, and diagnostic work on high-voltage equipment; Lead reporting and registration of client issues, maintenance, and repairs; Provide technical support to clients and colleagues regarding technical requirements; Support the Sales Department by transferring installation-specific knowledge to clients; Prepare technical and test specifications, test reports, and acceptance protocols; Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory; Prepare methodical statements and risk assessments for on-site work.
