Direct supervision of the Build Team and other staff, plan and control the build process and resources, support project managers with planning and status reporting, manage daily operations including materials and floor space usage, support the quoting team with cost inputs, establish and maintain a teamwork culture, develop the Machine Build department through mentoring, address staffing needs and participate in interviewing, conduct team meetings, champion continuous improvement activities, analyze areas of responsibility for improved production methods, facilitate problem-solving activities
