Coordinate handover from Tendering to Construction including scope, schedule, and risks; Prepare initial plans for storage, maintenance, spare parts, and site infrastructure; Support site start-up and mobilization ensuring a complete site execution plan; Ensure compliance with laws, permits, labor rules, and HSE requirements; Monitor construction progress, costs, risks, and manpower preparing mitigation actions; Coordinate subcontractors, site resources, and cost reporting; Represent the site team in interactions with the home office; Drive constructability improvements and lead lessons-learned activities
