Lead and mentor a team of Quality Assurance professionals, oversee incoming material inspection and final product release, support site-wide EHS programs including hazard identification and incident investigation, drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions, support and lead internal and external audits, develop and monitor KPIs for quality and EHS, champion initiatives to reduce waste and improve yield, collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues, ensure compliance with environmental and occupational health standards, support new product introductions with quality plans and validation protocols
