Responsibilities
Support end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle management including procurement, leasing, inventory tracking, RMAs, and disposals; Manage daily operational activities such as hardware receiving, asset tagging, shipping, and warehouse coordination; Coordinate domestic and international hardware logistics and RMA shipments; Maintain accurate asset databases, perform reconciliations, and support data integrity initiatives; Prepare and maintain operational reports and metrics related to purchasing, leasing, inventory, and SLA performance; Partner with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and vendors to support operational alignment; Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
