Responsibilities
Manage asset and entitlement master data including new assignments and regular reviews; Maintain and update asset information based on contract renewals and business changes; Collaborate with Spare Parts Managers to ensure data accuracy for planning; Monitor asset-data interfaces between ERP and CRM systems and coordinate corrective actions; Validate system asset records against customer installed-base information; Develop and provide regular and ad hoc reports to identify data-quality gaps; Proactively drive data quality and integrity by identifying root causes of recurring issues; Represent Reverse Logistics in projects related to asset management and system interfaces; Work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve asset-management processes and data governance
