Responsibilities
Design and ship product experiences from concept to polished production interfaces; Work directly in the front-end codebase via pull requests, code reviews, testing, and release; Partner with Product Design and Product Engineering to shape feasible solutions; Build functional prototypes to test assumptions; Define interaction patterns for AI agents, legal documents, citations, and multi-step workflows; Translate design intent into reusable, responsive, and accessible components; Build accessibility into the product using WCAG standards; Align Figma, shared components, and production experience; Use customer feedback, research, analytics, and session replays to improve experiences; Raise quality bar across typography, spacing, motion, microcopy, and edge cases.
