Responsibilities
Prepare and participate in Project Kick Off Meetings to evaluate quality contractual obligations; Develop, implement, and follow up the Project Quality Plan (PQP); Act as main point of contact for Customer on Project Quality issues; Initiate and follow up Project Quality audits; Monitor Project Quality KPIs (NCR, COPQ, T-NPS) and prepare reporting; Ensure nonconformance management process is applied and drive resolutions; Validate Site Quality Training and Quality Documents before site mobilization; Participate in Site Sub-Contractor Kick-off Meetings and validate execution of ITPs; Validate Site Handover spot checking and documentation handover.
