Translate global demand signals and supply strategies into feasible site-level production schedules; govern the 24-month master production schedule including batch sequences and capacity allocations; conduct long-range capacity modeling to identify constraints and validate feasibility for lifecycle initiatives; maintain governance for plan changes within the 4-month frozen window to protect execution stability; partner with Global Network Planning and Site Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment on constraints and assumptions; monitor schedule adherence and network performance across internal and external manufacturing nodes; track and report KPIs including MPS attainment, schedule adherence, capacity utilization, and inventory health.
