Responsibilities
Monitor MEP installation against contract documents and specifications; Provide technical interface management across mechanical, electrical, controls/BMS, fire/life systems; Verify control sequences and interlocks for commissioning readiness; Escalate interface gaps where individual systems are complete but end-to-end system is not ready; Assess system readiness to enter commissioning stages; Conduct regular field walks to verify MEP installation progress and quality; Monitor ITP completion, NCRs, defects and punch-list closure affecting milestone readiness
