Job Description

Join a multidisciplinary Finance technology team composed of Data Scientists, Solution Architects, Software Developers, and Finance subject matter experts. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain modern, AI-enabled applications that transform financial data into actionable insights and business solutions.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Full Stack Developer with experience building web applications, integrating data sources, and developing scalable solutions across frontend and backend technologies. This role combines software engineering, Finance data platforms, cloud technologies, and Generative AI to deliver innovative products that support Finance decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications that provide Finance users with access to curated datasets, reporting solutions, and analytical capabilities.
• Build and enhance frontend and backend application features using modern development frameworks and best practices.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs that integrate Finance data from multiple enterprise platforms and cloud-based services.
• Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on usability, performance, accessibility, and user experience.
• Implement AI-powered capabilities within Finance applications, including Large Language Model (LLM) integrations, prompt-based features, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Integrate predictive analytics, statistical insights, and Generative AI functionality into Finance workflows and user experiences.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and shared libraries that improve scalability and consistency across Finance technology products.
• Collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders, product owners, architects, and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Support application deployments, monitoring, and production issue resolution in environments handling critical financial data.
• Contribute to the evolution of Finance data platforms and self-service analytics capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on software development experience delivering business applications.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience developing backend applications using Node.js.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience developing frontend applications using React.
• Familiarity with data visualization frameworks and interactive reporting solutions.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts, including OAuth, JWT, and role-based access control.
• Experience using version control systems and modern software development practices.
• Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions.
• Exposure to Generative AI technologies, LLM integrations, AI assistants, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API, or Power BI.
• Python programming experience for data processing, automation, or analytics.
• Experience with Docker, containerized applications, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience embedding business intelligence solutions within applications.
• Knowledge of Finance processes, including forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, or financial planning.
• Experience supporting data-driven product development and analytics platforms.
