Responsibilities
Review technical requirements, supplier FAT evidence, acceptance criteria, test procedures, and prerequisites; support and provide technical leadership during component FAT, integration testing, harbour acceptance testing, and commissioning activities; configure vessel and mission systems, support calibration and technical test equipment, and ensure objective evidence is captured correctly in TestRail; lead or support fault finding across mechanical, electrical, automation, software, communication, and cross-system integration issues; reproduce faults, collect data, support root-cause analysis, and verify technical closure through controlled retesting; maintain accurate configuration, software, parameter, and calibration information; provide technical input to Project Management, Fleet, and technical owners for manuals, troubleshooting, maintenance tasks, spares, tools, and commissioning support; coach Test Engineers and assigned specialists, improve standard test methods, and help carry lessons learned into future vessels.
