Develop and maintain integrated EHS management system aligned with ISO 14001 and COR; Lead internal and external audits and certification efforts; Ensure compliance with federal and provincial environmental and occupational health & safety regulations; Manage incident reporting, investigation, and corrective/preventive actions; Lead risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and ergonomic evaluations; Champion ESG initiatives including tracking energy, emissions, waste, and water usage metrics; Collaborate on environmental projects like emissions reductions and hazardous materials handling; Deliver training programs and safety orientations; Manage emergency response and preparedness planning; Track and report KPIs for safety performance and environmental impact; Serve as primary contact for government inspectors and auditors; Maintain compliance documentation and records; Lead or support CSR and DEI initiatives
