Responsibilities
Lead site vision and strategy as a member of the Leadership Team; Coach leaders on behavioral-based safety processes; Develop and implement SHE systems for training and incident investigations; Represent the plant in third-party audit reviews; Develop SOPs for regulatory compliance and safety contingency plans; Monitor new regulations and communicate trends; Develop KPIs to track performance; Implement projects to reduce waste and improve conservation; Lead plant emergency response team and TPM SHE Pillar efforts.
