Partner with R&D and Product Management on equipment innovation; Develop and maintain mechanical documentation packages (3D models, P&ID, drawings, BOMs); Own mechanical designs throughout the product lifecycle; Lead hands-on troubleshooting during production builds; Ensure designs meet safety requirements and global regulations; Develop and maintain mechanical standards and design guidelines; Specify components and instrumentation for procurement; Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and change management; Coach and mentor engineers; Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality to resolve nonconformances; Support installation, commissioning, and validation activities
