Partner with R&D and Product Management on equipment innovation; develop and maintain electrical documentation packages; own electrical designs throughout the product lifecycle; lead hands-on troubleshooting during production builds; ensure designs meet safety requirements and global regulations; develop and maintain electrical standards and design guidelines; specify electrical components and instrumentation; participate in design reviews and risk assessments; serve as a technical authority for complex electrical challenges; coach and mentor engineers; collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality to resolve nonconformances; support installation, commissioning, and validation activities.
