Receive and manage +50 incoming daily calls for delivery verification and safety checks; Review shipment details, tank data, and system information to approve or stop deliveries; Guide callers through troubleshooting steps and application navigation; Accurately document interactions, decisions, and outcomes in tracking systems; Create and manage IT incident tickets for system or application issues; Create Delivery Action Requests (DARs) for tank setup issues or documentation gaps; Coordinate with field teams and account representatives to resolve delivery or system issues; Respond to Chemtrec alerts for in-transit incidents; Generate and maintain delivery compliance and safety data.
