Lead and develop a high-performing Supply Planning team of 12 members; Represent Supply Planning in key governance forums including Demand Review as part of the S&OP process; Track and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to support organizational goals; Identify, analyze, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service and/or reduce costs; Assess supply chain profitability by reviewing inventory management, replenishment strategies, and related costs; Build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
