Benchmark engineered part costs including 'should' cost for new product introductions, develop end-to-end cost modeling driven by standard and actual input/part costs, collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive the strategic roadmap for implementation including processes and negotiation strategies, project manage the implementation of the costing model, provide regular analysis, insights, and recommendations at key stages throughout the product life cycle, identify cost saving opportunities, set targets, track progress and implement necessary actions, act as a strategic partner with the Sourcing team to optimize supplier relationships and drive cost efficiencies, engage with the Product Management team to understand design implications on costs, engage with the Finance team to ensure alignment between cost analysis and financial planning, drive continuous cost improvement projects to enhance overall operational efficiency
