Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of building exteriors, grounds, common areas, vacant units, and mechanical spaces; Monitor and maintain vacant units for cleanliness and readiness; Perform minor interior and exterior repairs including painting, drywall, fence, minor plumbing, and debris removal; Execute preventative and reactive maintenance tasks; Evaluate scope of work and escalate or engage contractors for tasks exceeding capabilities; Maintain cleanliness and organization within mechanical rooms and storage areas; Assist Property Management teams with inspections and operational support; Support leasehold improvement reviews and capital project execution; Participate in environmental, health, and safety inspections; Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and inspections; Respond to tenant work orders when filling in for BO2s; Participate in on-call rotation.
