Lead full lifecycle of new build and investment projects from concept to operational handover; Define, monitor, and steer project scope, budget, and planning; Ensure technical performance requirements are met by working with engineering teams; Manage budget follow-up and implement cost mitigation measures; Develop and manage detailed project schedules and manage risks; Coordinate and align internal and external stakeholders; Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams; Provide structured reporting to Business Units and senior stakeholders; Participate in stage gate reviews and support decision-making processes; Ensure strong presence on site during execution phases, visiting shipyards regularly
