Responsibilities
Administer accounts in accordance with governing instrument terms; Contact or correspond with persons, agencies, and organizations interested in account aspects; Coordinate and review preparation for filing federal and state tax returns for trusts; Review and approve discretionary payments for trusts and beneficiary disbursements; Initiate and/or assist in marshalling and funding of new accounts; Comply with Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC Anti-Money Laundering, and USA PATRIOT ACT policies; Ensure proper risk rating of customers as outlined in the Customer Identification Program; Report suspected suspicious activity to the BSA/Compliance Officer; Participate in required annual BSA/AML/OFAC and Compliance training; Prepare and submit discretionary requests to TAC; Stay current regarding regulatory rulings and enroll in CE courses.
