Responsibilities
Coordinate project testing activities and monitor progress; Assist Associate Test Engineers and new hires; Produce Test Documentation (Estimates, Plans, Exit Reports); Design and execute test cases for functional and non-functional requirements; Maintain regression and smoke test suites; Develop automated tests integrated with CI/CD pipelines; Collaborate with developers to improve testability and code quality; Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues; Contribute to automation framework enhancements and reusable components; Track and report testing metrics to measure progress and quality trends; Leverage AI powered testing tools to automate test case generation, maintain self-healing automation scripts, and perform predictive analysis to identify high-risk areas in the code.
